Bi Visibility: Cardiff
Another event for Bi Visibility Day 2011! This time it’s a talk and discussion in Cardiff.
On Friday September 23rd itself, 12 noon to 2pm Bi Cymru/Wales and Bi Cardiff are holding a talk and discussion workshop for organisations and individuals, mainly from the public sector, LGBT groups, equality groups and charities to learn more about bi visibility, bisexual issues and discuss bi visibility in Wales.
Safer Wales are kindly hosting the event. No need to register, just turn up on the day. Please email us for more details. The event will be held at the Safer Wales offices, 4th Floor East, 113-116 Bute Street Butetown, Cardiff, CF10 5EQ.
Bi Cardiff are also hoping to have a stall in Cardiff Central Library from 3pm also on Friday September 23rd, for people to pop along and have a chat about the local group and bisexual information, events and groups across the UK.
Also called International Celebrate Bisexuality Day, the profile-raising date has been marked on September 23rd each year since 1999.
