Bisexual Index’s latest teeshirt is out – with the slogan, “Accept the truth – there is no fence”. It’s even available printed on the side of a bag, as illustrated. But I have to disagree with the message — cos when you’re sitting up here, the view’s fabulous. Go buy their merchandising anyway )

Sweden equalises marriage law

From today marriage laws in Sweden will no longer discriminate on grounds of gender, so same-sex couples can now marry there both in religious and civil ceremonies. Same-sex couples cannot yet get married in church ceremonies – the main Swedish church will decide whether to perform same-sex marriage ceremonies until October.

Bookings have opened for this year’s biggest bisexual event. BiCon 2009 will be held in Worcester on August 20-23 and is open to bisexuals, their partners, friends and allies.
