BiCon 2012 today opened bookings for the biggest event in the bisexual calendar.
With prices for the five day residential event starting at just £135 including accommodation, attendance is expected to be high: 2011’s BiCon set a new record attendance for a UK bi event.
Libby, one of the pair heading the team this year, told us: “Bradford is a vibrant city with strong history of involvement in the LGBT community, so it’s great to be take the event there for the first time.”
BiCon 2012 will be held at Bradford University, 9th to 13st August 2012.
Thinking of coming along to the biggest date in the 2011 UK bi calendar? Maybe just coming for a day and not sure which day to come along?
Here’s something to help you make your mind up. The daytime programme for this year’s BiCon bisexual conference has been published, so head over to the BiCon website to find out what’s going on, day-by-day.
This weekend’s 28th UK and 10th International BiCon was the biggest UK bisexual community event ever. BiMedia understand there were over 450 people attending, from at least 28 countries around the world, and the event ran over five days including the BiReCon conference.
The official BiCon group photo will be published by Bi Community News shortly on their website and in print in the magazine’s next edition. Our congratulations to all involved in making it happen!
