It's Edinburgh Pride too!

bi scotlandThis year’s Pride Scotia takes place in Edinburgh this Saturday, 26 June (see their website here for full details).

Bis, friends, families, partners and allies all welcome to join Bi Scotland on the march – it leads off from East Market Street (close to Waverley station) at 1.30pm. Assembly of the march starts from 12.30pm – look out for their all-new “Bisexual Pride” banner – and for extra bi visibility purple umbrellas (whether to guard against the sun or rain!).

The march will go from Market Street up Jeffrey Street, down the Royal Mile, Abbeyhill, Abbey Mount, Royal Terrace, to Leith Walk, ending at the Omni Centre around 2.30pm.

They also hope to have a stall at the Community Fair, which will be taking place from 1.30 to 5pm in GHQ, 4 Picardy Place, so please drop in and find us and plenty of other groups and organisations.

If you are able to help staff the stall please get in touch (particularly if you’re not planning to attend the march and can therefore look after it before 2.30pm).

If anybody has trouble finding them, please phone the Bi Scotland phone on 0796 396 0321.
