Brighton Bothways will be marking Bi Visibility Day this year with a purple pub meet. Join them at Church Street Bar on the evening of Thursday September 22nd from 7-10pm. Bis, friends and allies all welcome.
The organisers tell us:
“We’re encouraging bisexuals and allies to wear purple but it’s definitely not compulsory. There will be cake and Bi Visibility themed
activities.
“The venue is on the ground floor with a couple of steps. The official end time is 10pm because that’s the minimum time the facilitators will definitely stay until but people are very welcome to stay longer if the want. And you can drop in and out any time over the
course of the evening.”
Also called International Celebrate Bisexuality Day, the profile-raising date has been marked on September 23rd each year since 1999.
