Following a discussion session at this year’s BiCon in Bradford a networking group has been set up for people running local bi social and support groups around the UK to talk to one another.
Jen from BiPhoria in Manchester told BiMedia: “There are lots of local groups around the country each doing their own thing, and people in places without bi groups who would like to get things going in their area.
“The network will give us as bi group organisers a chance to compare good ideas and practice, on subjects from drawing in and retaining members to writing funding bids and gaining media and web profile.”
