Manchester is home to both the longest-running bi group in the UK and one of the longest-running LGBT Pride events.
So it’s no surprise there will be a bi entry in this Saturday’s Manchester LGBT Pride march, organised by local bi group BiPhoria.
They say: “Meet up on the Pride parade assembly point, on Liverpool Road (off Deansgate, at the foot of the Beetham Tower). We’re assembly group 93 and the mustering together of people goes from 11am to about 12.30pm so try to join us a little bit after 12 noon if you can.
“The march is scheduled to start at 1pm.”
“Dress code: purple preferred, but don’t let that put you off!”
