These are great opportunities to network, find out more about UNISON’s LGBT work and feed in your views. The meetings receive reports from their representatives on the national LGBT committee and agree motions to LGBT conference. All members of the groups are encouraged to attend – you don’t have to be out in your branch. There will also be meetings of these groups at conference itself.
The network meeting takes place in London Friday 10 July 2009 10.30 – 1.00pm. Travel costs will be met from national funds and lunch will be provided; further information is available from out@unison.co.uk
